Touted as the next best thing to Lucy, which then creates 45 million year difference of changes. They compared it to other primates such as lemurs, apes, chimps, humans and found there similarities and differences to determine whether or not it was a transitional species or not. The end conclusion is that evolution is real and Ida was a transitional primate. Its more or less more evolution propaganda seen this past year as this one fossil doesnt change the overall history of what we know, although it gives clues. all we did was find one of infinite discoveries our species may come across which help shed like on our history.
