I've found a 9/11-synch in the movie "Network" from 1976.

In this scene there's a meeting on the Network. The people are discussing a new show. The show is based on the activities of a terrorist group.
One of the people attending the network meeting is called George Bosch, resonating president George W. Bush.

Here's the dialogue from the scene:


The next scene is a company meeting where it's decided that the news division of the network are going to loose their independence, and will answer directly to the network.

Then cut to a scene of a control-room featuring a checkered floor. The countdown begins, not on 10 as usual, but on 11..

So we have in the first scene a reference to September, and then we're served the number 11.. And references to TV-shows about terrorists, hijacking 747's and George Bosch..
